Our some apps and games may use location data. If you permit the app to access location services through the permission system used by your mobile operating system , we may also collect the precise location of your device and computer’s IP address, your mobile phone’s unique device ID

only for advertising purpose .

We do not use email, contact information. We further do not sell, rent or transfer your Personal Information to third parties. The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.

App Specific Privacy Policy(Ludo Club ™ : Online Game Chat)

Ludo Club™ : Online Game Chat does not intend to create account for users who are under the age of 18 years old or other age of majority as required by the laws of the country of your domicile if you use our services. So please do not use Ludo and Ludo Services if you are under such age requirement.

BY ACCESSING OR USING LUDO SUPREME STAR ONLINE LUDO GAME, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND THAT YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW WE WILL COLLECT, USE AND PROCESS IT.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY IN GENERAL OR ANY PART OF IT, YOU SHOULD NOT USE LUDO SERVICES.

HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION FOR  Ludo Club ™ : Online Game Chat

In order to provide Ludo Online Multiplayer Services, and improve the user experience and security of Ludo Online Multiplayer Services, we will collect, record, store, adapt, use, share or otherwise process your personal information, when you register a Ludo account and use Ludo Online Multiplayer Services.

•   When you make in-app purchases in the our Games, we do not collect or have any access to your name and billing information. This information is collected and stored by your platform (Android’s Google Play) or your platform’s payment processor.

Information You Consent to Provide

You consent to provide some or all of the following personal information when you create an account on the App or use Ludo Services, such as uploading contents on the App or contact us for technical support:

•  Profile information, such as your alias, profile images, gender, social media account and password;

• User generated contents (“UGC”), such as messages, profile  pictures, images, sounds or other data or materials that you upload, distribute on the App when you use Ludo Services;

• Your social network contacts with your permission, when you activate the “Friends” function and allow us to access your contacts;

•  Your Global Positioning System (GPS) information, after you permit us to do so but you may change the access to your GPS information via the settings on your mobile device;

•  Your opt-in choices and correspondence with us, such as information used to verify your account or to resolve your feedback or complaints;

•   Information you provide when participating in in-app surveys and activities.

Information We Collect for Legitimate Interests

We may collect some or all of the following personal information about you when you use Ludo Services for legitimate interests:

•  Network activity information, such as your browsing history, search history, the videos or pages you visited, the date and time of your visits, other users’ accounts that you subscribed, and information regarding your interaction with other users;

•  Transaction information such as the transaction serial number and transaction historical records after you purchased Paid Services;

•  Mobile advertising identifiers, which are used by mobile operating systems and made available to advertising providers to gather metrics on mobile apps (Apple’s IDFA or Google’s AAID) to help us and advertisers provide ads that may be more relevant to your interests;

• Metadata, associating with the UGC you provided us, which describes other data and provides information about how, when, and by whom the piece of UGC was collected and how that UGC was formatted, such as hashtags used to label the keywords to the sounds and captions; and

We do not collect special categories of personal information about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data).

Cookies, small pieces of data to enable us to provide certain features, which are collected by us or our business partners to measure and understand the web pages you click on and how you use Ludo Services, enhance your experience using Ludo Services, and provide you with targeted advertising on Ludo Services and elsewhere across your different devices.

We access, preserve and share , use and share your information to produce and share aggregated insights that do not identify you.  Aggregated data may be derived from your personal information but is not considered personal information as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity.  For example, we may aggregate your usage data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature, to generate statistics about our users, or to calculate ad impressions served or clicked on.

To provide you with user support and to improve, develop Ludo Services and facilitate product development;

To enable us and our advertising partners to provide ads that may be more relevant to your interests :

To allow other users to identify you via the “Friends” function as a user of Ludo Services, to allow you to find other users and to connect with them on Ludo Services, and to support the socializing function of Ludo Services;

To enable our messenger service to function and to communicated with you;

To help us detect abuse, fraud, and illegal activity on Ludo Services;

To review pictures, images、messages and contents posted or generated on Ludo Services to ensure that we comply with any applicable content regulations in any relevant jurisdiction;

To enforce our terms, conditions, and policies; and

HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We may share your information with certain authorized third parties to assist in the improvement and optimization of Ludo Services, in order to prevent illegal uses, increase user numbers, development, engineering and analysis of information or for our internal business purposes, including but not limited to:

To our business partners so that we can improve Ludo Services;

To third-party advertising partners so that they can deliver ads they believe are relevant to you in other third party apps;

To cloud storage providers to store the information you provide;

Ludo Club™ : Online Game Chat may allow you to access to content, products or services offered by third parties through hyperlinks (in the form of word link, banners, channels or otherwise), API or otherwise to such third parties’ web sites (such as Imo, Facebook etc.). You are cautioned to read such web sites’ terms and conditions and/or privacy policies before using the Sites. Ludo’s Facebook integration uses the Facebook API Services. By using Ludo Facebook integration, you agree to be bound by the Facebook Terms of Service (https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms) and acknowledge that such use is subject to Facebook’s Privacy Policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation). For example,You can manage and revoke Ludo Facebook integration’s access to your data via the Facebook security settings page at https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=security.

You acknowledge that Ludo has no control over such third parties’ web sites, does not monitor such web sites, and shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for such web sites, or any content, products or services made available on or through such web sites.

Right to withdraw consent-You may withdraw your consent and ask us not to continue to collect or process your Personal Information at any time if that information is collected on the basis of your consent.

Right to restrict processing-You may request us to stop processing your Personal Information if you believe such information is collected unlawfully or you have other particular reason for wanting the restriction.

We maintain servers around the world and your information collected by us are firstly stored and processed in servers nearest to your region.  We have complied with relevant applicable data localization rules with respect to our data transfer practices.  We take appropriate steps to ensure that the information we collected is processed in accordance with the privacy policy and the relevant applicable laws and regulations.  If we provide any information about you to any legal agency, we will take appropriate measures to ensure such receiving institutes protect your information adequately in accordance with this privacy policy and the applicable laws.

HOW TO MANAGE YOUR INFORMATION

The privacy settings allow you to control whether or not to share certain information and whether you wish to entertain certain functions.

You may also delete your account.  To delete your account, you may email (email address:imagineindias@outlook.com )us indicating in English that you would like to delete your account, after which you will receive instructions from us.  You will need to follow our instructions in order to delete your account.  Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to restore your account and all your historical data on Ludo Services will be deleted after certain period of time (usually within 24 months), expect for certain behavioral data which will be anonymized for statistical research.

Note that certain third parties may retain copies of your information even after your Ludo account has been deleted. You can manage and delete Ludo third party integration’s account via the Imo or Facebook settings page at https://www.facebook.com/help/delete_account .

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We take appropriate administrative, technical and physical security measures to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure.  For example, only authorized employees are permitted to access personal information, and they may do so only for permitted business functions.  In addition, we use encryption in the transmission of certain your personal information between your system and ours, and we use firewalls to help prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to your personal information.  Please be advised, however, that we cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with the storage and transmission of your personal information.  You should use caution whenever submitting information through Ludo Services and take special care in deciding which information you provide us with.

You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and account information at all times.

AUTHENTICATIONS

FACEBOOK AUTHENTICATION

If you use Facebook Login for authentication, Facebook may use your personal information for their purposes. In this situation, please refer to Facebook’s privacy- and other relevant policies.

When the user registers and login via Facebook, the platform will request to acquire the user’s profile picture, nickname, region & gender, which requires the user’s permission. The platform is unable to acquire the above personal information if the user did not permit it.

  Users can disable/leave the Facebook login/authentication, the platform will no longer be permitted to gain user’s data.


PLAY AS GUEST

If user play as a guest, then we are not able to collect their personal information.

We may collect their non-personal information to build their user profile.


MULTIPLAYER

Across the globe, different players are invited to play the game. All the data inside the game is secured. The game allows you to chat with friends. We can only access the real-time chat. We don’t save your chats or archive them.

How do I request data deletion on Facebook?

Click the Your Facebook Information link under Security and Login and navigate to the Delete Your Account and Information link. Once there, you’ll have the option to Deactivate Account, which will allow you to either keep Messenger access, Download Your Information, or Delete Account.

If you want to delete your game activities for Ludo game, you can remove your game activities by the following these steps.

1. Go to your Facebook Account’s Setting & Privacy. Click “Settings”

2. Look for “Apps and Websites” and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.

3. Search and Click “Ludo Classic Star” in the search bar.

4. Scroll and click “Remove”.

5. Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities and data from the Ludo Club™ : Online Game Chat App
